Pros
team members are helpful, care for each other. that is it. you get breakfast, but you have to fight to get it.
Cons
-family business, no need to say why this is bad. -upper management sees you like nothing. -worst HR management ever. -you are a resource, not an asset(there are millions of you we can replace you) -work-life balance does not exist -no training at all -no technology, no knowledge, waste of your valuable time -they see the salary increase as a benefit, not your right. -you get blamed if anything happened in any project.
