-family business, no need to say why this is bad. -upper management sees you like nothing. -worst HR management ever. -you are a resource, not an asset(there are millions of you we can replace you) -work-life balance does not exist -no training at all -no technology, no knowledge, waste of your valuable time -they see the salary increase as a benefit, not your right. -you get blamed if anything happened in any project.

1-Presales management doesnt follow up with their mid manager, who takes control of all the targets and do as he pleases 2-Being tricked by end of year comission as the mid manager decides to move project last minute to their name to achieve their target while leaving their team out of the acheivement. 3- Mid manager skills are very limited and requires his team to help me in using word/excel/powerpoint without even googling it. 4-As presales your contract could get terminated without reason to and high management doesnt stop mid manager from doing so or asking questions. 5- could get assigned non-presales work and getting project delayed while raising red flag and yet be blamed for it. 6- Despite having cameras and biometric sign in and arriving early , mid management gave me a warning for not attending. 7- while work from home was effective, i was forced to come to office daily while other teams created balance among themselves. 8- Management requires me to be in the same cubical as them while being overly loud during their calls and could be heared outsidet the office shut doors. 9-Presales management took advantage of my vacation to move my projects to their coworkers/friends to achieve end of the year target . 10- very unfriendly and akward silence during 8 hours per day which is a big red flag of toxicity
