The HR department does it’s best to treat employees with respect and create a buffer between them and management.
Cons
ITT Aerospace Controls expanded a few years ago via an acquisition and hired many people to help integrate and grow the company towards the future. However, over the past 4 years, any reduction in staff has been those who were most recently hired, leaving the same team in place that was unable to be successful in moving the company forward in the first place.
