      People are smart and kind and generally helpful.

      Cons

      No work life balance, I mean literally none. Pay is not competitive for the amount of work you do. No diversity.

      Quiet office environment, low stress - for a former teacher, this can be a dream if you thrive in complete peace and quiet Supportive supervisor

      Too quiet of an environment for me - comparable to working in a library, need to be out and about some Working in office 4 days a week
