      Options to learn. Located in city.

      Cons

      Expectation to deliver 200% Adherence to process not followed. No chances will be given if you make mistakes, be ready to face the axe even after giving 100%. No warning will be given until the day you are informed about your firing.

      Pros

      The CEO, managers and employees are super friendly. They help you achieve your goals. I would say the best place for a fresher in Chennai.

      Cons

      There are many small projects, less number of big projects. I don't think it's a big issue. Need to manage your work hours yourself. Otherwise you might end up over working.
