Hello, Thanks for sharing your experience here at Idox. We know that our colleagues in Pune have been going through a period of change as we grow and expand our teams there. Having checked our records, we know that all colleagues in our Pune team have received salary increases over the past 3 years - but do get in contact with me directly at ruth.paterson@idoxgroup.com if I can look into this further for you. Regarding your comment about 'losses' - that is of concern to me as Idox over the past few years has grown from strength to strength. We haven't had losses in that period. As we are a publically listed company all of our profit and revenue information is available on our website: https://www.idoxgroup.com/investors/financial-reporting/ - that should give all our employees the confidence to know that we are a stable and growing employer. We wish you every success in your future career and thank you for your contribution during your time at Idox. Best wishes, Ruth

Pros

Work culture is good here,

Cons

* Compensation growth lacks transparency, with unclear criteria for progression beyond a certain level. * Leadership tends to prioritize increasing headcount over improving efficiency and technology-driven outcomes. * High-performing employees may feel undervalued despite consistent impact and contributions. * Decision-making can sometimes reflect traditional management thinking rather than a modern.
