Pros

Average company and products as well. Engineers are good but management is extremely bad. Good for a small time stint.

Cons

Extremely rude and unprofessional management. The operations head is used to shouting at employees. and everybody else also behaves accordingly.

Great Team to work with, specially from the EIM division where engineering, support , product teams are fantastic Distributed team yet works best. Allows work life balance Management is empathetic and listens Products are catching up and many customers love these products Development Team is fantastic and has a great attitude

Cons

Exec Management has no clue of what is happening on ground Poor Pay Growth for some is great, but for many it is missing Investment in people takes a back seat until they decide to quit. Key staff including many I know left and were not even attempted to be retained Some Toxic people are allowed to carry on even when they damage the company texture
