Pros

IgniteTech really is an AI-DNA company, and you feel that every day. We’re not just “using AI,” we’re constantly building with it, experimenting, and finding new ways to make our work better and smarter. I’ve learned a ton about AI, but also about how to think differently. The mindset is to use AI to expand your expertise, not replace you. Humans stay at the center of everything, and Eric Vaughan (our CEO) repeats that often. It’s not just a line, it actually shows up in how we work. The people are another huge plus. You know that phrase about “if you’re the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room”? I never feel that here. My colleagues are brilliant, and I’m constantly impressed by what they build and how they think. It pushes me to level up. We also make remote and asynchronous work actually work. We use tools like Steady, Slack, Asana, and clear processes so everyone can move things forward across time zones without chaos. Leadership is a big reason I enjoy working here. It really matters to me to work for people I admire, and I genuinely admire Eric and also Angelo Antoline, our CMO and my direct boss. Angelo’s feedback style is one of my favorite things about this job. He doesn’t just say “change this” or “fix that.” He explains the reasoning, walks me through examples, and often takes the time to jump on a call and show me how to do something. Every piece of feedback feels like a learning opportunity, not criticism. I also feel valued. Angelo often tells our team how much he appreciates us and how proud he is of the work we do. It makes a real difference in how it feels to log in and start the day.

Cons

This is not a place for anyone who wants a slow, predictable routine. Things move fast. AI changes all the time, the business evolves with it, and you have to be comfortable learning new tools and approaches constantly. Because everyone is very driven and sharp, expectations are high. You need to be proactive, self-managed, and open to feedback. For me, that’s part of why I’ve grown so much, but it could feel intense for someone who prefers a more relaxed pace.

Pros

This is hands-down the best AI-First company I have ever worked with. The efficiency here is on another level; the workflows are so well-optimized that they have made me significantly more productive than I've been at any previous role. It is a highly advanced, fast-paced learning environment where you are constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI.

Cons

There aren't traditional cons to mention. While the focus on tracking and metrics feel a bit intense when you first start, in hindsight, it is a total blessing. It is exactly what makes the team so ultra-productive and efficient. Once you see the results in your own output, you realise it's a vital part of what makes the company successful.

Pros

It has been an absolute pleasure working for IgniteTech. Everyone from the top down has been great to work with and the culture of the company is very much welcoming and you truly feel part of a team and something bigger. The CEO (Eric Vaughan) is trailblazing what it means to be an AI-DNA company in the best possible way. Eric encourages everyone to utilize AI and push themselves out of their comfort zone to expand their knowledge outside of their original job titles. Eric also somehow manages to know, in detail, every project in development around the entire company and is extremely efficient, someone I really look up to. While Eric is an exceptional CEO who genuinely cares about his employees, the same can be said for the rest of the executives who are also a pleasure to work with/for. Overall the company has been a wonderful experience and I could not recommend it enough.

Cons

The only con I can genuinely think of is the need for employees to bring their own devices.
