Pros

There are truly some wonderful people that work here!

Cons

Over the past year and a half, there have been changes in management ultimately leading to poor employee experience. The turnover is extremely high. Senior leadership (excluding managers because most of the managers are amazing) has made some poor decisions and hiring choices.

Pros

Working for this company is genuinely rewarding. The team is incredibly kind and consistently supportive, always ready to help when you need something. Employees enjoy great benefits, and leadership is both accessible and genuinely caring—a rare combination. Management shows strong problem‑solving skills and stays deeply committed to both employees and customers. Altogether, it’s a workplace built on respect, reliability, and real dedication.

Cons

It makes me say something in the cons area...better software and technology for pipeline management. However, They are in the process of making upgrades that will solve this. The team is so great at problem solving this is the logical next step. I am so glad they are making this transition. It will help streamline everything.

Pros

Work remotely 80% of the time.

Cons

There was a lot of turn over in the the supply chain department because neither the Director of Supply Chain nor the Owner / President had any solid understanding of sourcing and manufacturing. The Owner was completely snowed by the Director’s amazing ability to act the part without really understanding the basic principals and processes. They constantly pushed for cheaper prices from their suppliers but rarely offered high volume orders that would provide economies of scale. Management says they promote team work and employee development but it was more like being on Survivor hoping not to get voted off the island. Most people actually had the work load of 2 to 3 people. So even if they had “good” salaries they were underpaid.
