Pros

To work at Image Solutions means you will be challenged to get better personally and professionally. This is a fast paced company that is growing and evolving rapidly and although it is a rigorous process to interview here, once you are hired you will be part of a collaborative team where your ideas are heard and taken seriously. To be a culture fit here you must enjoy teamwork, be self motivated, think out of the box and be willing to give back in some form of charity.

Cons

Self motivation is key ... be willing to take feedback for self improvement and figure out how to apply it and you will succeed here!

-The environment is really fast and time flies. -It's an amazing group of people to work with. People work hard, and they care. -At 5 years, you get a 4 week sabbatical! At 10 Years, you get an all expense paid trip up to $4000 and an extra week!!

Cons

-It can be a stressful environment. Fast pace means a lot of work and expectations.

There are truly some wonderful people that work here!

Cons

Over the past year and a half, there have been changes in management ultimately leading to poor employee experience. The turnover is extremely high. Senior leadership (excluding managers because most of the managers are amazing) has made some poor decisions and hiring choices.
