No Culture, Lack of Communication - Human Resources Imaginary Forces Employee Review

No communication from other departments, no check ins from higher ups, ignoring my requests for a raise for over 6 months, office environment is beyond uninspiring, making conversation with employees when at office for events was just so painful.
