Pros

Not many, Depending on department you might get to use your unlimited PTO, others can't.

Cons

Where to start. Management doesn't know what they're doing and often sets up meetings to setup meetings to talk about setting up a meeting. The entire company isn't on the same page, lots of silos, no one takes responsibility. Transparency is preached yet its all talk. Its a giant mess because its a mis-match of companies jammed together from acquisitions and it shows VERY badly. Culture is half corporate and half something else. New high level management is battling old mgmt behind the curtains. No room for advancement, raises or anything else. You're lucky if you even reach some sort of raise considered to be cost of living (doesn't happen often). Biggest step back in my career and skills ever in my life. Wouldn't recommend this toxic work place. Stay clear and save yourself the hassle.

Imprivata was a great company to work for and they really focus on employee experience.

Cons

Was laid off during COVID unfortunately.

Pros

New CEO is smart, capable, and doing a good job Benefits were good Catered lunch in the office each Wednesday

Cons

Toxic middle management - yelling, tantrums, and retaliation on top of extreme incompetence. Managers fail to lead and are essentially micromanagers of tasks. They create meaningless work, stress out about it, and fail to validate the business need at any point in the process. When you suggest and deliver something of actual value, you will receive no credit. Honestly this was the worst experience of my entire professional career and I’ve never been so thankful to leave an organization.
