* One of the best teams I've ever worked with, every single person is kind and is there to help you grow. *You will definitely learn a lot, from the good and the bad.

Cons

*The product is good and has strong potential, but it could go much further if upper management focused not only on revenue, but also on quality and the overall customer experience. It's disappointing to see a company that seems to prioritize profits over its clients, product quality, and workforce, having employees in a cycle of putting out fires. *Compensation is also below market standards.

Great people to work with around the world, and fexibility to work remotely.

Cons

While the company has strong leadership, there were occasions where the C-level team’s style felt overly directive. A more approachable and supportive tone could further enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
