Unfortunately, this site is unlikely to improve with the current management and staff culture. There is a very poor approach to health and safety, with a strong culture of blame rather than accountability or learning. Many health and safety incidents are brushed under the carpet if you are “the right person”, particularly if you are on good terms with management while others are unfairly scrutinised. Morale across the business is extremely low, and there are very limited opportunities for genuine growth or progression. Hard work and integrity are not rewarded, and favouritism appears to outweigh performance. Staff turnover is high as well and that’s no surprise
