Pros
Since my joining I have seen more of positives only at ICCG. First and the foremost is the liberty that is given to the employees to be themselves. No Manager / Senior imposes his ideas on you. You are well heard and given the opportunity to come forward & take the lead. Enough learning opportunities are provided and above all the humanitarian approach of the management is much appreciated. Unlike most of the companies where employees are treated more like machines and are expected to not to let their personal lives interfere in the work, ICCG has a reverse philosophy and doesn't let your professional work interfere in your personal life. Not only your professional but personal issues are also well heard, understood and taken care of. Overall, a place where an employee feels at home with all the ease and comfort and gets enough room to grow professionally as well as personally.
Cons
Well, nothing in the world is 100%. But with so much of positives I really think that little negatives must be ignored. But yes, mind it that you will get addicted to working here.
