Pros
-The product is actually good, and is a good deal for customers. You aren't selling BS. -No lack of leads/interested customers. -Positive company vibe that doesn't feel forced -You will feel heard and valued and asked for your opinion on important things, starting very early on -Progressive values -Company is obviously destined for continued success ***Probably would have given the overall assessment a 4 from a pure employee perspective but the progressive values earn an extra star from me.***
Cons
-Sometimes it feels like you are at the mercy of demanding customers -Lots of work especially in the Winter -Is a little cold as a work-from-home job. Not really fault of the company but know that going in it can feel a little hard to get invested if you're a social person.
