Pros
Good working environment with a supportive team and manager. The team is open to sharing issues and discussing possible solutions. Collaboration within the team is positive, even though the overall experience level in the team is relatively limited.
Cons
Very limited benefits. No allowance, no annual dinner (2 years), and no real company activities.
There is no proper appraisal system or clear career path. Salary increments are almost nonexistent and pay is below market. Training is mostly self-learning and internal sharing.
Employee feedback is rarely acted on. Issues are often “under review” but nothing changes even after a long time. Employees are still expected to stay proactive even when there is no clear direction or support.
Overall, the company expects commitment and flexibility from employees but does not offer comparable growth, compensation, or long-term support in return.
