Flexible means you need to work during day and night and weekends unresonable salary adjustment(dosent fit the contribution and effort for the past year in projects) Low salary for fresh grad compared to other competitors

Good collogues and work culture. Everyone is nice and happy to teach. Good place to start work. Got free trainings for work advancement

Cons

Pays low. Work time is not fixed. Frequently need to work OT in weekends and nights to supports. Less benefits. OT cannot be claimed for money. Only compensate with extra leaves after project finished.
