Pros

You can go from a hood street kid to a high-earning adult with real sales skills faster than you’d expect here. The location is great, and if you’re willing to learn, you’ll pick up technology and sales quickly. Depending on timing, your voice can actually matter. After reading a lot of the reviews, there are definitely points I agree with. But there are also a lot of harsh comments about the owner that I think need some balance. I haven’t spoken to or seen Joel in years, but I’ll say this: back in the day, he was an amazing person. Think about what he built. Decades ago, he had an idea, wrote content all night, and sold it all day—until he burned out and had to hire help. He took a small, overlooked company in a crowded, competitive space and turned it into something competitors couldn’t ignore. People criticize him for working with people he likes or his friends—but honestly, wouldn’t most people prefer working with people they actually enjoy? I wasn’t even in that group, by the way. Here’s what stood out to me. Joel would genuinely give you the shirt off his back. One year, after a strong run as a management team, he took us all to NYC—fully paid. It was an incredible experience. While we were there, I ruined a brand-new dress shirt (completely my fault). The following Tuesday, I came back to a note saying there was something for me in Joel’s office. He had bought me a replacement shirt—$400—and told me to return it if it didn’t fit. That stuck with me. For context, I’m not his friend. If he had to choose between grabbing lunch with me or taking a 50-pound rock to the face, he’d probably pick the rock. The point is: he’s not the demon some of these reviews make him out to be.

Cons

If you are liked, the possibilities are endless....until they dislike you and then they end your possibilities. Once you are in the bad books, you're either screwed or a miracle happens Mid management can be shifty jerks.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. As a growth-focused organization, we pride ourselves on providing ample development opportunities both on the job and in more formal education environments. We would like to address your concerns with team design, senior management, and time management, but regret there is not enough detail to properly comment on each aspect. What we can share is that this is a fast-paced industry that requires exceptional time management from all employees, regardless of the team they’re on. We continue to invest in training for all levels of employees, including senior management and leadership, to ensure that teams receive the support needed to meet targets and enjoy the process while doing so. We are all working together to achieve ambitious goals for the company’s next chapter. Finally, our team structure is designed to facilitate a collaborative environment in which we can be proud of the work we do. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed your time with Info-Tech, including working with your colleagues and the learning provided. We wish you the best in your future endeavors!

Pros

The role can provide experience in sales development, outbound communication, and working within a fast-paced performance-driven environment.

Cons

There appears to be inconsistency in how opportunities and accounts are distributed among employees, leading to concerns about fairness and morale. High daily call expectations can create pressure, especially when account quality varies significantly.
