Pros

Remote work Mental health benefits because you will need them

Cons

I can see why the reviews are all over the place due to the have and have not practices at this company. But unfortunately the other poor reviews also reflect my experience. It’s a boys club running the show with questionable management practices. There is no diversity in executive leadership. Your experience will depend on your manager and while some are good, some are not and the threat of reprisal is real. They churn through people. Pay increases, promotion opportunities, and pretty much everything else are not equitable. Frat like culture. “One team one goal” is a joke. The politics are toxic and draining. No short term disability.

We remain committed to listening, understanding, and acting upon employee feedback to ensure that both current and future employees have the best possible experience working with us. We regret to learn that some aspects of your experience left you feeling disappointed and want to be clear that we hear your concerns. Our hiring managers and talent acquisition teams work closely with Finance and HR to ensure compensation is equitable, considers skills and experience, and is in-line with current market trends. We take pride in our knowledgeable, skilled team members and are committed to ensuring our people leaders have the necessary tools and resources to effectively and compassionately manage their teams. Presently, Info-Tech supports seven employee resources groups (ERGs) as well as the new RiseUp Mentorship Program, which serves to increase visibility and representation from underrepresented groups through mentorship and coaching. The current cohort is focused on developing women leaders. The next cohort is expected to be announced this fall. In addition to the trainings on anti-racism, inclusive leadership, DEI foundations, allyship, and cultural sensitivity that have been introduced in recent years, we continue to pursue ways to improve existing opportunities and implement new pipelines to support our efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. We are working closely with leadership to evaluate and address the points outlined in your review and have shared your feedback with the team. Thank you for taking the time to share.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. As a growth-focused organization, we pride ourselves on providing ample development opportunities both on the job and in more formal education environments. We would like to address your concerns with team design, senior management, and time management, but regret there is not enough detail to properly comment on each aspect. What we can share is that this is a fast-paced industry that requires exceptional time management from all employees, regardless of the team they’re on. We continue to invest in training for all levels of employees, including senior management and leadership, to ensure that teams receive the support needed to meet targets and enjoy the process while doing so. We are all working together to achieve ambitious goals for the company’s next chapter. Finally, our team structure is designed to facilitate a collaborative environment in which we can be proud of the work we do. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed your time with Info-Tech, including working with your colleagues and the learning provided. We wish you the best in your future endeavors!

Pros

The role can provide experience in sales development, outbound communication, and working within a fast-paced performance-driven environment.

Cons

There appears to be inconsistency in how opportunities and accounts are distributed among employees, leading to concerns about fairness and morale. High daily call expectations can create pressure, especially when account quality varies significantly.
