We are sorry to hear that after more than 3 years your overall experience with Infobip was negative. Evolving from a start-up, we had a great number of challenges while scaling the organization at the pace of the new employee influx. In the past two years we have made a lot of progress on structuring visible career paths, performance expectations, compensation structures as well as middle management development to support a meaningful and engaging employee experience.
The rewards system is a living organism and we are constantly working on it. Recently we have engaged well renowned companies with in-depth experience to work with us on compensation solutions, and at this stage we believe we are on the right track. Rewarding our talent is something we take seriously, which is why it is continuously one of our strategic priorities to constantly improve the system.
