We are sorry to hear that after more than 3 years your overall experience with Infobip was negative. Evolving from a start-up, we had a great number of challenges while scaling the organization at the pace of the new employee influx. In the past two years we have made a lot of progress on structuring visible career paths, performance expectations, compensation structures as well as middle management development to support a meaningful and engaging employee experience. The rewards system is a living organism and we are constantly working on it.
