Pros

I cant think of any, except some colleagues that i enjoy having friendship with

Cons

- Racist. This is a Croatian company. They do not trust local employees. They send their young incapable inexperienced people from Croatia to lead the local team. Can you imagine having a 28 years old with no experience knowing the market leading regional sales team? - They have no problem firing people on the spot - Rated 3.9 on Glassdoor does not mean anything. Probably it was rated by their management team and HR who needs to keep the rating up. In all honestly, working environment was horrible. Top management and mid level manager are full with young inexperienced people, delusional and arrogant. You would have no problem attracting new people into the company with your 3.9 rating but once they get in, you are f-ing up with their career and that’s the reason why you have a very high turn over rate. People can’t stand working here. - They put little to no effort to keep their employees motivated. All they do is absorbing the motivation out. - My 1 year with the company was the most miserable period of my life. I had 26 years old inexperienced woman managing me and the team. She was the most vile manager i have ever worked with. There is no discussion there is no taking feedback from her team members. - If you want to work in an MNC environment, then this company is NOT for you. Imagine working in a government sector dominated by one race who think they are more superior than you. Yes, the environment is more like working for a Croatian government where everything is controlled from Croatia and their regional managers sent to other regions are their puppets who do not have any power to spearhead the local offices according to the market. What worse, they are very inexperienced to handle the good talents and always give childish reasons for everything. - There is no career progression here. They always give that opportunity to Croatians even if there is opportunity in your own country they would rather send some inexperienced Croatian to do the job. - Their HR, Legal and Finance are absolute garbage. The definition of puppets

Pros

Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

Cons

Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
