Pros

decent work conditions . global exposure , exposure to technology

Cons

serious waste of time if joining this company as they have no vision or care for their employees and just a stupid boss culture which is pathetic and non deserving people grow if they butter their superiors , they do not pay incentives , top performers dirty politics , you may make some feign trips in first year then are left unattended so best is stay for max 1-2 years make money enjoy foregin tour and go on to better place . pathetic culture

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your positive remark on our our company culture. We are proud of the inclusive, diverse, collaborative environment that we have built and continue to nurture across all the regions and countries we work in. In terms of your feedback on remote work, flexibility is a key part of our approach and we have several types of work models designed to meet both employees and business needs, while keeping productivity and efficiency on a high level and getting the work done. Pros

Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

Cons

Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
