Pros

Very welcoming environment, a thorough onboarding programme (absolutely no sink or swim, they give you time and materials to prepare you for the role, no matter how senior you are or how much experience you bring) and a great sense of security due to the backing of a large, stable and very profitable global company.

Cons

Responsibilities are not always well defined, but so far this hasn't been a huge setback.

Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

Cons

Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
