Pros
Infobip is an incredibly dynamic place to work. The pace of change is rapid -- and that might not be for everyone. But, if you thrive in a space where change creates opportunity, you'll thrive at Infobip. North America is still relatively small in the scope of the whole company, but growing rapidly and a big area of investment. The platform and products are truly world class, and the customer list rivals a Forbes 500 list. A double-down focus on key investment areas is starting to pay off and will drive growth over the next few years.
Cons
The change is a lot, and for some that will be a negative. There is a lack of maturity in some processes, which adds some more workload to employees. There's a focus on maturing those processes, but will take time.
