3yWe agree that Inmar is made up of a great group of hard working and dedicated individuals. We are glad to hear that you’ve taken advantage of the company’s PTO policy. We are happy to share that starting in 2023 we will offer an even more progressive PTO policy. We hope this will provide an even better work-life balance structure.
Additionally, in our current state of the hybrid model, leaders near our corporate headquarters are in the office three days per week, working remotely the other two. In January 2023 the remainder of our corporate associates will return to the office with hybrid schedules that will vary based on specific needs of their roles. There are great advantages and benefits to associates spending some amount of time in the office including opportunities for collaboration and togetherness.
