Pros
I have worked for many healthcare organizations and can honestly say that I love working at InnovAge. The focus on providing quality care to participants is always at the forefront of what we do. The teams function well at each center in an effort to support the participants. The work is challenging partially due to the fact that our participants are complex and present a complicated physical and psychological picture. This is a growing organization and growing pains and missteps are to be expected; however, I still believe the focus is on providing quality all inclusive care to the elderly. The company recognizes that participants are more than just medically fragile and supports their psychological needs.
Cons
Needs a continuous focus on improving communication between employees and with participants. Find a way to balance providing excellent care to our current participants with continued expansion. PTO benefit could be better.
