Remote work (for now) but all future hires are restricted to driving distance to an office. Most of the staff are great to work with.
Cons
Over promise & under deliver REGULARLY. For a company that states they use data to empower clinical decisions, they certainly do not use data to inform anything internally. They spend countless hours, money & resources on developing products that are unsellable while neglecting product enhancement requests from customers that would keep them competitive and then are shocked when they lose customers, awards, etc.. They invest in training & speakers for sales that admit they have ZERO experience selling inthe healthcare space & act as if there is nothing different in healthcare vs general consumer goods. The employee benefits have gone from bad to worse over the years. 2026 medical is through Meritain, who has the WORSE satisfaction ratings by both consumers & clinicians. Their time off is one bucket for sick & vacation. Promotions are very restricted & cumbersome that makes it so you have to quit & come back if you want to move up. The majority of product management & engineering is being moved to India while the CEO continues to say having the whole of the company together in office for better collaboration is the way to go. They again say they are a data company but yet all their data for internal processes such as sales, leads, marketing, etc.. is never correct & so reporting is never really accurate & sales struggles with updating simple information.
