- Management will tell you one thing and do another. - If you make a mistake you won't be given a warning verbally or written until it's too late and then it's the employee who will take the fall for managements incompetency. - Not only that but your managers will tell you that you are doing a fantastic job, give you nothing but praise for your good work, goals and achievements and then let you take the fall. - It doesn't matter how much good you do for the company or for the team, if you are expendable you will be let go regardless.

They will stab you in the back if you are a full time Coder.. worked there for over 14 years full-time with benefits… There’s also part-timers working with no benefits… This past October they laid all the full-time people off with benefits. They also are the highest paid employees and kept a part-time people with no benefits… Then three weeks later, they decided to call the full-time people back and asked if they wanted to work part time with no benefits!! Way to go way to get stabbed to the back! Do not work here. You cannot trust them then when you try to contact them, they will ghost you… Started out good..but that’s it
