Pros
You have a job, not a good job, but a job
Cons
Where to begin...this company was owned by a man that had the most asinine idiosyncrasies that became part of the "corporate culture", For example, he had a rule that desks in the call center shouldn't have paper or anything to make the desks personal, but two rows over, in partner support, they could have photos, eat at their desks, pretty much everything goes. Management goes out of their way to find arbitrary reasons to fire people. They start making up conflicts, going through peoples chat logs, or they may decide they think a person is ugly and they're gone. To them, it's a joke. They won't keep quality staff, and the pay differentials are insane. They hire people in with no education, but so called sales experience at $14-$15 and they never produce results, but the people with education, or the proven sellers get $8-$10 with a pathetic $1 annual raise. If you are so called lucky to be promoted compliance, start marking off your calendar because you are almost assured to get fired within 6 months to a year, no matter how well you do your job. Promotions are few and far between and if you do get promoted, you are probably next to get fired.
