Pros

Insight Global is a great company to work.for. They work with some of the best companies out there- Fortune 500 Companies. They are very professional, helpful and caring. Ive worked with Rob Charma, located in the Parsippany office. He is a pleasure! He walked me through all the steps I needed(as I was a bit nervous),. Assist me with any and all questions and concerns that I had.Rob and his staff were the best! And the best thing I enjoyed about working for this company is, they're still here with you once you landed the job, which makes them different-stand out from the rest!! I know its very challenging, with the economy, to find great benefits, but they offer great benefits from your first start date-even 401k...which again is rare coming from agencies. If you are looking for a challenge, looking for compensation that amounts up to your experience, and wont get short change d,these are your guys....They will get the most for you! The Parisippany office very clean and modern. It felt like home, I didnt want to leave, lol. All the employees located in Parsippany are great, but Rob Charma is the best!

Cons

They're really no cons I have to say about this company

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
