Great as Kairos, OK as Insight M, Bad as Zeitview - Anonymous employee Insight M Employee Review

No true leadership. They will tell you everything is perfect and then lay off a bunch of your coworkers and expect you to pick up the slack. The old CEO David left us out to dry during the acquisition by Zeitview. They wiped out all equity, got rid of yearly comp adjustments, reduced benefits, greatly reduced bonuses. The new CEO and leadership aren't any better. None of them can look you in the eye and have a normal conversation. They want to replace everyone with either AI or overseas workers and have explicitly said so. Towards the end I found out some of my coworkers were getting paid ~50% more than me. I am very skeptical of the few recent positive reviews on here.
