If you don't have personal life Work here , U Ok to leave your family and Kids then ready to work for 24 hr per day , its ok to be get humiliated then work here, its ok if some is not giving respect then work here. if you are ok to be treated as dispensable then work here , If you are ok to be put in 4 to 5 projects simultaneously without any much help then work here , If you are ok to work if there is no self respect then join this company then work here. Good for people who want risk their career then work here . I agree with some of the reviews mentioned in Glassdoor this company is run by bunch of Psychos who don't have any basic knowledge on consulting. Accepts projects without even any knowledge. No Project management, No Professionalism, No Honesty with Client executing and selling projects like sweat shop. False Promises till you join the company. Blind HR with no help to employees. No Process in executing projects, missing deliverables and No quality and treating employees like slaves. You will be in good books till you don't say NO , the moment you say NO you are cornered and treated like a waste paper. No Proper Vision and NO Planning . You get the requirement over phone, No Technical Background. Once upon time company run by Emerging Technology products like OTM ( now there is no quality projects ) , Demantra/ASCP ( No Projects ) , Agile ( 0 projects now) People are leaving left and right including Senior Management profiles are running away for unbearable torture.... You are cheated for Annual performance bonus and you never get 100% after working for an year .
