      1. Too much micro management : Managers checks on you like we are some worker. Entry doors are tracked. in the name of process, employees are been exploited 2. HR policy takes you to an old era. Policy which are becoming redundant in the industry are been forced on to us. 2. Career Growth is low. . 3. Compensation is below industry standards. 4. Appraisal are hike is peanuts compared to the industry. 5. Unethical company. 6. Company is not transparent with its employee. too much lies

      There is absolutely no pro's of joining this company - worst employer ever.

      Cons

      there is no support system for employees whatever. There are 5 partners who have 3-4 favorites each in the complany. All praises, awards and salary increments go only to these people. The rest of the folks in the organization are forced to work 2-3 projects at a time under the guise of being 'flexible' and when the going gets tough they throw you under the bus and crush you with so much negative feedback that you would find it hard to absorb.
