      Working for Instacart has been great. I've learned so much and love the daily challenges the job brings. My team is great, and we all work towards the same goals.

      Because it's a startup, it has growing pains, but management is great at taking ownership.

      Pros

      You choose when and how long you work, If you get the Instacart Shopper Card they promote, your earnings are deposited within minutes.

      Cons

      Before the Iran war, I was making about $10/hour - not that great. Since gas has increased in price, I'm very careful about the jobs I accept so I don't spend $5 or more on gas for a batch.
