Pros
People are nice and cooperative.
Cons
Every year they are cutting sometihing that was previous years normal (e.g. when we have townhall meeting, they used to divide people into two groups, before lunch and after lunch and they would have lunch served for all employees). Now, they have townhall meetings for both groups of people EARLY in the morning and they don't provide lunch anymore. This is just small example. Their working from home policy is becoming ridiculous. We, who work in IT (and the whole industry) can perform much better when working from home (no wasting time on transportation, no distractions), and here, they are trying to do more and more control over people, this is dictated by stupid HR who have no idea about current trends and what work best for employees AND company. They did pilot on this and employee feedback on working from home was overwhelming TOWARDS it; instead of listening to employees, they said - no more weekly but only twice per month, or every other week. People have doctor's appointment and yes, we do work extra hours on that day when we have an appointment, it's just a convenience for people when you have appointment that you don't have to cut your work day short, when working in the office in order to go to doctor, you just bring your computer home, you work, you go to doctor, and then you come back and work some more.
