People know their limits and strength. People are hardworking and want to deliver value. Product Oriented with a strong marketing vision. Devs want to enhance their experience so they are willing to adapt and improve their knowledge. Other departments are collaborative and willing to help. there is trust between people. Good life-work balance if you want.
Cons
slow technology adoption. timelines are so tight for delivery so quality is sacrificed. Newly hired people are not really well trained to learn about company value. some middle mgmt needs to be removed. salary is not competitive with what other companies offer.
