      Great place, but still very corporate - UX Designer II Intact Employee Review

      Pros

      People are really nice and there's a good work-life balance culture. They do a lot of events to improve people's experience and try to cultivate a nice work atmosphere. My manager gives me a lot of freedom and autonomy to explore and innovate at my projects.

      Cons

      It's still a big corporation with bureaucracies, innovation doesn't move as fast, and career progress still goes through a lot of bureaucracy.
