Cons

I worked in the accounting outsourcing division of a company that severely exploits its employees. Despite being hired for a specific role, I was assigned tasks entirely different from what was communicated initially. When I raised this concern, both the offshore client and company management started blaming each other, revealing a disturbing lack of proper planning and communication between the two. The work timings discussed during the job offer were also grossly misleading. Although I was recruited for a mid-shift, I was expected to work night shifts. The company's timesheet and office policies are excessively oppressive, tracking every activity and keystroke using the Handdy application. The leave policies are equally dismal, offering minimal flexibility. Furthermore, there are no additional health insurance or medical allowance benefits, despite the significant number of employees working extended hours and night shifts. This blatant disregard for employee well-being is deeply troubling and should serve as a cautionary tale for potential job seekers considering employment with this company.

Pros

Short commute, covered parking, and they do offer some great training opportunities. Don't have to work weekends, paid holidays off, and good benefits.

Cons

Terrible pay. They paid new people more than they paid people who had been there for years. Their point system (monthly sales goal) was extremely flawed. No one actually followed the rules there and so other employees run rampant and pretty much did whatever they wanted. They didn't appreciate employees. Lots of work drama and bad work environment.
