First, let me begin by apologizing for responding to this later than I would have liked. We preach immediate response to our clients, as you likely know, but Glassdoor was not on my radar. Secondly, thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention. When scanning through the ~25 resumes we receive each day, I am looking for years of industry experience, agency background and client knowledge, in addition to spelling, grammar, punctuation, formatting, design and writing samples to ensure all new team members are able to keep up with the arduous demands that our clients and the industry require. We have an incredible team of employees from diverse backgrounds at Integrate, carefully selected and held to a very high standard.
