Pros

Nice office environment, great location

Cons

Poor management skills. No direction, too many meetings with a group setting and not enough time to get projects done during the day so they expect you to work on nights and weekends from home. No family life balance. They tell you to be more creative but then stifle everything you present in these meetings that feel like Shark Tank with several others demeaning and downgrading your creative process making you feel worthless and miserable every day you work there. The sites they build are great but they insist on using antiquated systems and don’t follow modern web standards. If the client uses something that’s not beneficial they go with it and don’t suggest something better and force their developers to drudge through old systems and files instead of creating something new and fresh and easy to use. Almost like the hardest route is preferred which makes no sense if time is money.

Integrate Agency Response
8y
First, let me begin by apologizing for responding to this later than I would have liked. We preach immediate response to our clients, as you likely know, but Glassdoor was not on my radar. Secondly, thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention. When scanning through the ~25 resumes we receive each day, I am looking for years of industry experience, agency background and client knowledge, in addition to spelling, grammar, punctuation, formatting, design and writing samples to ensure all new team members are able to keep up with the arduous demands that our clients and the industry require. We have an incredible team of employees from diverse backgrounds at Integrate, carefully selected and held to a very high standard. Success at Integrate is based on skill and upholding our core values; not age, race, gender, religion or anything else and I appreciate everyone who puts their blood, sweat and tears into the outstanding reputation we have all built together. We are always hiring, and always looking for talented members to join the Integrate family.
