Pros

Nice office environment, great location

Cons

Poor management skills. No direction, too many meetings with a group setting and not enough time to get projects done during the day so they expect you to work on nights and weekends from home. No family life balance. They tell you to be more creative but then stifle everything you present in these meetings that feel like Shark Tank with several others demeaning and downgrading your creative process making you feel worthless and miserable every day you work there. The sites they build are great but they insist on using antiquated systems and don’t follow modern web standards. If the client uses something that’s not beneficial they go with it and don’t suggest something better and force their developers to drudge through old systems and files instead of creating something new and fresh and easy to use. Almost like the hardest route is preferred which makes no sense if time is money.

-ceo and founder were unfriendly - seems like they only cared about their next business venture, not what was in front of them -during the height of Covid, no one wore masks -horrible pay for this economy -very over worked for the extremely low pay -cliquey and unwelcoming coworkers -sinking ship of a business

I can assure you that since then and over the last few years, great strides have been made under new leadership and the appointment of Danielle Ryan as CEO as of December 2023. We are 100% committed to fostering a balanced culture, the well being of our team and the growth of the agency. Some ways that we have accomplished that is by allowing the team to be 100% remote, introducing continued education initiatives + stipends, streamlined processes for efficiencies and better tools/resources to teams and management to have better insight into individuals work capacity to alleviate burnout. We are always appreciate of constructive feedback and if you wish to share more, we'd love to continue the conversation offline.
