Pros

I've been working at integrate for just over 2 months and I can wholeheartedly say they are an outstanding company. First of all, they are extremely welcoming and friendly. Considering I've never met any of my colleagues in person, as I was interviewed virtually/from home due to covid, they have made me feel very welcome and part of the Integrate family quite quickly. The company culture is great, everybody wants to help and I've already been recognised for my performance early in. This isn't your typical corporate company, they do things in an entrepreneurial which is refreshing.

Cons

Genuinely see no cons at present!

Pros

Fully remote and tends to be flexible depending on your position. Unlimited PTO, but again only really flexible/great depending on your position. Some of the folks you get to work with are really sweet, including my former manager and team. The only problem is with all the layoffs, you can't expect them to work with you for long.

Cons

There is no real growth within the company. My department was entirely let go and replaced by outsourcing from India almost a week after promising several members promotions. The company is very clique-y to the point where if you aren't close with the favorites, you tend to get forgotten about. Again, no real growth within the company so it not only takes forever to get hired on full time if your contracted (average time is over a year), but you shouldn't expect to receive any real pay increases. Pay is not competitive at all and is generally lower than the national average. If you work as a Campaign Manager, expect to work late, have meetings at odd hours, and not get the chance to enjoy the unlimited PTO because you're going to have to be fully responsible with finding full coverage (which is near impossible for those guys).
