Pros

The small, family like atmosphere is amazing to be a part of... They have a great structure for approaching the work that is repeatable. Really great people. Good pay, good benefits.

Cons

They allow a contractor who brings in a lot of high dollar contracts to create policy, hire or fire FTEs, and work completely outside of company standard without repercussion. No one seems interested in stopping this behavior.

Direct leadership is nice enough

Cons

No one has any interest in promoting anyone. They keep you where they want and refuse to invest in your growth and education. They also claim to be “stable” but will not hesitate to let people go year after year as a part of a “restructure”. Diversity is seriously lacking, especially in leadership.
