Pros
The small, family like atmosphere is amazing to be a part of... They have a great structure for approaching the work that is repeatable. Really great people. Good pay, good benefits.
Cons
They allow a contractor who brings in a lot of high dollar contracts to create policy, hire or fire FTEs, and work completely outside of company standard without repercussion. No one seems interested in stopping this behavior.
