Pros

It's been an interesting few years for all of us, and I can honestly say- I'm home. Integrity Solutions is true to its name, offering people and leadership development programs that connect people to themselves and their organizations with integrity, values, and a service oriented mindset. It's no different for us as employees. This supportive and encouraging environment allows individuals the freedom to create the success they desire and the resources to get the job done.

Cons

A company who is in growth mode runs into growth oriented challenges, and we are no different. Operating with an entrepreneurial mindset is what makes us great, but can be challenging as well, as we strive to become more effective and efficient, which will happen over time.

Pros

Strategic, transparent, supportive leadership. Can't imagine working for another training organization during the pandemic. We not only weathered the storm we broke growth records. We are committed to helping our clients achieve their goals through our solutions.

Cons

As a small-ish firm, we are not resource-rich, so you do what it takes to get the work done.

Pros

The solutions really do make a difference for clients. In a crowded sales training space, there are real differentiators in terms of content, consulting, and outcomes. Everyone has access to senior leaders who are invested in your success and the success of your clients. The head of sales is flexible, nimble, smart and committed to supporting you. I left to retire - wouldn't want to sell anywhere else!

Cons

It's a smallish organization and so some of the big company budgets and perks aren't there. However, the autonomy, support, accessibility of senior leadership make up for this, in my opinion.
