Pros
The mission of the company is wonderful and they truly want to help better people's lives. They understand the importance of work/life and treat us like adults. The people that work here are amazing and supportive.
Cons
There is a lack of metrics and this has been recognized and now is being addressed. I also think there is some more modern tech the company could use to increase business.

Strategic, transparent, supportive leadership. Can't imagine working for another training organization during the pandemic. We not only weathered the storm we broke growth records. We are committed to helping our clients achieve their goals through our solutions.
Cons
As a small-ish firm, we are not resource-rich, so you do what it takes to get the work done.
