Pros

Intelassist is my first BPO company in terms of professional work experience. It offers a familiar BPO culture, similar to the environment I was exposed to during my college internship. My current leaders are highly supportive, approachable, and consistently encouraging. This is by far the best company I’ve worked for—both within and outside the BPO industry—when it comes to career growth, as it truly values employees’ earnestness, integrity, and determination. One of the most appreciated benefits here is the annual bonus, which many employees note is uncommon among other BPO companies.

Cons

While the company provides a supportive environment, there are areas that could benefit from improvement, such as streamlining certain processes and improving workload balance. As with many BPO organizations, the fast-paced nature of the work can be challenging at times, and adapting to changes may require flexibility and resilience.
