Pros

Fellow colleagues are young and friendly. Quickly become family with teammates. Relatively easy to move into different departments within company. Learning and development team are really nice but can only do so much because management sucks.

Cons

Pay is horrible and it gets worse every month. Company keeps changing comm structure and its never to the employees benefit. You are essentially selling debt review so they teach you to scam people into signing up people and call it (objection handling). Target driven environment, made to feel like rubbish if you don't meet target eventhough it's sometimes out of your hands for example of there are no leads. There are no real benefits. They advertise all these benefits but it's really just R250 towards a medical aid. Which is nothing. They incentifize you with chips/sweets/chocolates for meeting a target as if you are children. No work life balance. No stability. You get 1.25 days of leave for every month worked. Which is dumb Why not just give people all their leave days for the year? They make all sorts of promises about study leave but it's non-existent reality. Clear racial hierarchy. Black people do all the work that bring in revenue (sales) white (underqualified) people sit and micromanage. They have one coloured lady in exec and that I guess counts for diversity. If you coloured and kiss a*s they'll make you a team leader. Most people that are there hate the job and are just there because there are no better jobs in the country.

Pros

They threaten you with “There are no jobs In South Africa so you should accept being bullied and sworn at”. Another pro is being told that you’re not doing any work even though there’s no evidence for it

Cons

No Training. Horrible Management and Team Leads. High Turnover Rate. No Appreciation. You’ll be drained ,even if you prove you have good work ethic. This company is an absolute nightmare to work for. No matter how much training you pay for out of your own pocket, how much impact you make in the company, how much you try to like manage stakeholder expectations, the management especially the executives are the worst people that you’ll ever come across. I’ve never seen a place being so poorly managed to the point where people just up and leave almost every other second. It has gotten so bad to the point where people have to go to therapist and the doctor because of the amount of depression this workplace gives you especially when they said unrealistic targets and pull you aside every five seconds to lie to you and tell you that you’re not good enough whilst paying you dismally low.
