If you are seeking employment, whether unemployed or looking for a different job and/or company. I caution anyone and everyone to not even consider this company. This is a call centre orientated business and the management (senior and middle level) careless about the employees well being, hard work and sacrifices of the employees. The only thing they are focused on - is money. The greed of this company is somewhat evil. There’s no job security, as when they do not like you for the most stupidest reasons, they will do all manner of things to either get you fired or you just resign on your own. There is no growth opportunities as they usually sell to prospective employees or new joiners, unless if you are a management favourite then you might be lucky. But even so, it is at your own peril. There’s absolutely no benefits, the provide a low basic income with commission; commission that is changed almost every second month. Changed to ensure that you as the employees do not make any commission, while the company makes so much money from the employees work. You will literally spend your entire day and some nights and some Saturdays for nothing. And at the end of it all, you will be labelled incompetent as you cannot meet their targets. Targets that are only met by the ones that are favoured and liked by management. It’s a disappointing business model, that ultimately frustrates you as the employee. They misled their employees same way they misled their clients. This company and its management will break you in ways unimaginable. Look for other places of employment or rather stay unemployed if you value your health, time and mental wellbeing. I have been at this company for years and I regret it everyday.
